Düsseldorf, Germany – Hammer-IMS recently participated in the K show in Düsseldorf, the world's largest international trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry. We were very pleased with the turnout and the quality of the conversations we had with industry professionals. The event provided an excellent platform to discuss the ongoing need for high-precision, non-nuclear quality control solutions in a rapidly evolving market.
Our exhibit showcased our commitment to advanced, contactless measurement technology with a display of our flagship systems:
A major point of interest was the video introduction of our new Marveloc-CHARIOT system.
The CHARIOT is a compact and affordable solution, specifically designed for applications where space is limited, such as retrofitting existing extrusion lines. Its single-traveling sensor unit minimizes the machine footprint without sacrificing measurement quality.
This system, featuring a U-Ray (Ultrasonic) head, is perfectly suited for highly accurate thickness measurement of thin plastics, including both transparent and non-transparent films. The U-Ray technology offers a high-performance solution for specialized applications, such as thin film and battery foil production, where precision on challenging materials is critical.
We extend our sincere thanks to all the visitors who took the time to stop by our booth. The inspiring conversations about process optimization and sustainable manufacturing underscored the importance of reliable, real-time quality control.
We look forward to continuing these discussions and supporting your efforts to achieve a new level of precision in your production processes.
