Optimize your latex consumption with M-Ray

Accurately measuring and controlling the latex coating is the key to both quality and profitability. Too much coating is a waste of expensive material; too little leads to product failure. 

  • Real-Time Measurement: Our M-Ray systems are installed on the coating line to continuously measure the basis weight (grammage) of the latex layer.
  • Process Feedback: The measurement data can be used in a closed-loop feedback to the coating applicator (e.g., a doctor blade) to automatically adjust the process.
